What type of cleaning does Your Tidy Home offer?
Your Tidy Home specializes in essential maintenance cleaning for well-maintained homes. We follow a streamlined checklist focused on routine upkeep. We do not provide deep cleaning, heavy buildup removal, move-in/move-out, post-construction cleaning, or services for extremely dirty or cluttered homes.
Is this a deep cleaning service?
No. We provide maintenance cleaning only. If your home requires deep cleaning or has heavy buildup, we recommend scheduling a deep clean first or considering a different service provider.
What is included in a maintenance cleaning?
Standard surface cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas based on our fixed checklist. This includes sanitizing sinks and toilets, wiping countertops, mopping floors, vacuuming, light dusting, and emptying trash.
What is NOT included?
- Inside ovens, refrigerators, or cabinets
- Interior window cleaning
- Grout scrubbing or shower door deep cleaning
- Heavy grease or buildup removal
- Organizing or decluttering
- Post-construction or move-out cleaning
- Ceiling fans, light fixtures, or blinds
- Laundry or dishes
Do you clean homes up to 1,800 sq ft?
Yes. Our service is designed for homes up to 1,800 sq ft. Larger homes may require additional time or a different service option.
How long does each cleaning take?
Each visit is limited to 2.5 hours to maintain efficiency and affordability. Homes requiring more time may need a different service level.
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
Cleaning professionals bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer, you may provide your own products at no additional cost. We also offer a basic product supply fee of $7 per month if you’d like us to bring standard products. Eco-friendly or specialty products are not available.
What if I don’t have products available on cleaning day?
If required products are unavailable, the service may be adjusted or rescheduled. It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure products are replenished if providing their own.
What is your cancellation policy?
All services require pre-payment to reserve your scheduled spot. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- First late cancellation: Pre-payment is applied to the missed visit.
- Second late cancellation: You may lose your reserved spot on our schedule.
Pre-payments are non-refundable and protect our team’s scheduled time.
Are you insured?
Yes. Your Tidy Home is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Call, text, or email us to request a free quote. Once approved, we’ll schedule your first visit and send a confirmation.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
No. We focus exclusively on recurring maintenance cleaning (bi-weekly or monthly) to provide consistent, reliable service.
